Team Building
One element of our design process which distinguishes us from the majority of our peers occurs during the “Pre-Design” phase of our projects. Before any sketch is generated, before any line is drawn, we engage in a thorough project planning process. We find this to be the best insurance for a successful project outcome, especially when aggressive schedules are involved. This phase of activity allows all members of the project team (Owner, Architects, Engineers and Consultants) to develop and understand a common set of goals and objectives, prior to the commencement of the project. This team building experience serves to unify and motivate all of the individuals and entities that make up the project team.
Team Interaction
Our staff will become an integral part of the design team, which will include representatives from the Owner’s Project Team and User Groups. Our approach will be participatory and our role contributive, as will the roles of each member of the total team.
Our philosophy and approach is also based on responsiveness. Our facility design team will be responsive to the needs and requirements of our clients; to the specific demands of the project site, and to the particular context and environment of the project. We will provide a unique solution to the given set of circumstances.
Our approach is oriented towards gaining efficiencies in communication and in production. Following acceptance of the project, our team will be as close as a telephone, available when and for as long as you need us.
